In the tradition of Glasflugel!

It doesn't get much better than this!
After more than 70 examples of the (flapped) 304CZ 15 meter and 304CZ-17 17.43 meter high-performance
racing class sailplanes were produced by HpH Ltd as an "improved" variation of the original "Glasflugel" H-304.
Currently, the HpH 304C "Wasp" 15 meter Standard Class sailplane is available with an updated variation of this design, modified to FAI "Standard Class" (Flapless) design. The wing has been modified with new design winglets, improved wing root design and additional small modifications to take full advantage of the "Flapless" design.  The 304C has shown to be a very competitive performer.

COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE!
HpH 304 sailplanes have proven themselves

Our competitors, and a lot of so called "experts" may try to convince you otherwise, but see for yourself, the 304CZ and 304C have repeatedly finished at or near the top of nearly every contest where it has appeared. The HpH 304C/CZ's not only prove theemselves to be a great sailplane in handicapped "sport class" events, but have proven very worthy competitors in FAI class competitions.

Congratulations to Petr Krejcirik and the HpH team for their excellent finish in the Return to Kitty Hawk Transcontinental Glider race.
Petr Krejcirik, flying a borrowed HpH 304CZ did a great job finishing in second place in the 15 meter class against the best gliders the competition could throw at him and some of the top pilots from in and outside the USA proving once again that it takes more than just money to compete in the world of competitive soaring.

DANSVILLE REGION 3
15 METER CLASS

Dave Wells after winning the first 2 days at Dansville flying
the new 304CZ in the 15 meter FAI Class

With only one 304CZ available to compete against some of the top pilots in the USA flying the latest offerings from the other major manufacturers, Dave Welles and  the Glasflügel  304CZ wins 2 of the 3 contest days in 1998 15 Meter class at Region 3 Contest in Dansville NY.
Later contests had Dave finishing 5th out of 20 US entrants in 15 Meter Class at the 1998 Region 4 contest at New Castle Va. and the following 1999 contest finishing 11th of 27 entrants in the 15 meter racing class!

More telling of these results is that Dave and the 304CZ finished ahead of several brand new 15 meter sailplanes all of the big three's last generation sailplanes. Also, a closer look shows that on the same race days while flying the same tasks, the 304CZ nearly always had higher finish speeds than even the very latest "Standard class" sailplanes from ALL Manufacturers, which by the way cost thousands more than a new 304CZ!
